CIVIC EXCHANGE NEWSLETTER 2010.03
Message from Christine Loh
I would like to think the tipping point is here or at least getting very close. Young people are getting early dozes of environmental education. We expect more from universities – we expect them to integrate disciplines. We are beginning to see this now in Hong Kong. Bravo to the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (BSc in Environmental Management and Technology) to have designed an integrated curriculum; and also congratulations to City University of Hong Kong (MSc in Energy and Environment) for its new programme.
